The price depends on the distance, the type of vehicle, the weight and volume, how fast the goods must arrive and how many trucks return empty on your route. We do not use a fixed rate per kilometre, because a Bucharest–Constanța trip and a Suceava–Timișoara trip have very different costs. Send your request and you get the exact price for your trip.

Yes. The carriers we work with hold carrier's liability insurance (CMR), valid for domestic and international trips. In international transport, the CMR Convention limits compensation to 8.33 SDR (special drawing rights) per kilogram of gross weight lost or damaged, not to the commercial value. For expensive goods we recommend cargo insurance for the real value.

For the goods you need an invoice or delivery note. The CMR consignment note is completed at loading: it is signed by the sender, then by the carrier and, at delivery, by the consignee. For dangerous, oversize or temperature-controlled goods, our quote tells you which additional documents are needed.

The UIT code comes from ANAF's RO e-Transport system and accompanies shipments of high fiscal risk goods in Romania, as well as international shipments entering or leaving the country. It applies to vehicles with a maximum permissible mass of at least 2.5 t carrying goods over 500 kg or worth more than 10,000 RON. The declaration is made by the supplier or the consignee of the goods, not by the carrier. We tell you which data we need for the code and check that the UIT accompanies the trip.

Yes, we can organise loading and delivery on Saturdays and Sundays if you tell us in advance. Keep in mind that some roads, such as DN1 along the Prahova Valley, restrict heavy trucks during certain weekend and holiday periods.
