Express van transport
When the goods must arrive today or tomorrow morning, a 3.5 t van leaves just for you and goes straight to the destination. It is the solution for spare parts, samples or any order that cannot wait for a groupage truck.
When an express van is worth it
- a production line is stopped because of a part;
- samples or goods for an event, with a fixed delivery time;
- small but urgent orders, up to 8–10 pallets;
- deliveries in city centres, where large trucks have restricted access.

Why it arrives faster than a truck
A van of up to 3.5 t does not have the weight restrictions of heavy trucks and enters cities and busy industrial areas more easily. It does not wait for other loads and makes no detours for other customers, so the transit time depends only on the distance.
For international trips, keep in mind that from July 2026 vans over 2.5 t carrying goods between countries have a tachograph and comply with driving and rest times, like trucks. For long trips we can organise the van with two drivers, so that it does not stop for breaks.

How fast does the van leave?
If the request comes in the morning and we have a free van in the area, we can load the same day. We confirm the exact loading time together with the quote.
How many kilograms fit in a van?
It depends on the model, but a 3.5 t van usually carries between 1 and 1.3 tonnes of goods. If the goods are heavier, we offer you a 7.5 t or 12 t truck.
Can the van enter the city centre?
Generally, yes. Vans of up to 3.5 t have much easier access than trucks, which is why we use them for deliveries in the centre of Bucharest and other large cities.
Can I send dangerous goods by van?
In limited quantities, yes, in compliance with the ADR rules. Send us the safety data sheet and we check whether the transport qualifies. Details on the ADR transport page.
How long does a van trip to Germany take?
With two drivers, usually 20–30 hours from Bucharest, depending on the city. With one driver, about two days.
Does the van need a tachograph for trips abroad?
Yes. From July 2026, vans over 2.5 t in international freight transport have a tachograph and comply with driving and rest times.
